I wanted to share how wonderful the first day of school has been. Today was packed with procedures and expectations to help set your child up for success, along with an All About Me paper and writing about their summer vacation. Thank you all for entrusting me with your amazing child! These kiddos are respectful, kind, and eager to help each other, which truly makes my job easy peasy. - STAR testing and ELA benchmark ICA all week
- Building stamina while reading Good Fit Books
Math:
- Multiplication Fact Practice
- Math Benchmark ICA-STAR Math
- Math Skills Folder
HOMEWORK: (Return blue homework folder every day)
This week, students will begin with reading for 20 min each night. All 4 entries on the reading log must be filled out, signed, and will be checked on Friday.
Additionally, students will work on a half-sheet of multiplication facts. It is to be completed at home and timed for 1 minute. If they have not completed in a minute, have them finish the rest of the sheet.
