Week 29 April 2-5

Team Urban,

Congratulations to Stevie Coate who represented our class in the schoolwide Spelling Bee this last week. She got 2nd place in 3rd grade and made it to the 6th round.

Service Projects DUE MAY 3rd
Last week, service project reminders went home with report cards. Each student is required to complete a service project and 8 hours of service. Spring Break is a great time to complete their hours. Projects are due May 3rd and students will begin presenting the following week in class.

STATE TEST PREP SESSIONS
I will be holding morning test prep sessions beginning April 2, every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 7:30-8:00, to help prepare the students for the state test starting in May. I highly recommend the morning sessions for each student in the class.  Students are welcome to eat breakfast in class as we go over sample test problems for the test.  I hope to see all the students attend as much as possible.
