We had another great week in 3rd grade. Our mindsets were tested this week while learning about the distributive property in math. This was challenging at first, however, with more practice our knowledge began to grow. If your child would like to watch more videos on math Topic 3, they can log into Pearson and click on "Additional practice for Topic 3." Book Orders: Book Orders are going home on Monday. We have already earned 10 new books for our class from the last book order. If you already are buying books, try purchasing from Scholastic.com and help put more books in our classroom. Use group code: GRPY6
Homework:
Due on Friday: (4 entries) in Reading Log and "Turn In" Google Classroom writing. Friday is spelling assessment day. Remember to study spelling based on your child's pretest.
