Week 29 April 2-6

Welcome Back Team Urban!

I hope you all had a wonderful and relaxing Spring Break and Easter celebration with your families. Since I was gone the two days before break, I feel that it has been even longer since I have seen the faces of your sweet kiddos and I miss them!  I was told that the field trip went well, besides leaving early, and students enjoyed the play.

HERE WE GO....
We basically have two full months left of school before June.  There is a lot going on these last few months so please try your best to stay plugged into our classroom blog and know what is going on each week.

Leader of the Week: Aubrey Timboe

STATE TESTING: begins May 7th-18th.  PLEASE DO NOT schedule any appointments during these two weeks.  Students will be allowed to snack on items they bring however, I would like to provide a consistent snack each day for the two weeks of testing.  I will be sending out a sign up for volunteers to send in snack in the upcoming weeks. TEST PREP SESSIONS:  My room will be open every Tuesday (ELA) and Thursday (MATH) morning for state testing prep.  PLEASE encourage your child to attend.  Students are welcome to eat their breakfast during the time they are with me if needed.  Our class will be open from 7:25-8:55.
