This last week was a busy week with Grandparent's Day, the Christmas Performance in the evening, and the class market. It is always a joy to meet the grandparents of the great students in our class.
I know the Christmas break is a time for relaxing and being with family. Just remember to make sure that students have a book they are reading over this time to help ensure they make their AR goal for the 2nd trimester. When we get back from break, before you know it, the AR deadline will be upon us.

Parents, thank you for all of your book orders throughout the year. Here are our recent additions to the classroom library. Students really enjoy the I Survived series and the Who Was or Who Is series.
