Monday - Color Monday (3rd grade wears GREEN)

Tuesday - Tubular Tuesday (Dress like you live at the beach) 

Wednesday - FIELD TRIP DAY (Wear your blue ILCS shirt)

Thursday - Concert Shirt/Music Day

Friday - Freaky Friday (Crazy Hair/Mismatched Clothes)

Field trip information and specifics will be sent via email on Monday.  Please ensure your child wears a blue ILCS shirt on Wednesday and brings a sack lunch. 

AR Goals:  Students should be at 80% of their AR goal today.  The cut-off for trimester 1 is November 1st.  There are only 4 more weeks of the trimester.

-Begin reading the non-fiction text Earth

-Main idea and supporting details in a nonfiction text

-Text features

-Writing: Continue Imaginative Narrative 
-Spelling: V/CV, VC/V

-20 min. of nightly reading each night (4 entries in the reading log).
