Learning at home week of April 7-10

Third Grade Families,

Due to circumstances beyond our control, 3rd grade will be continuing instruction and assignments online. If you are unable to receive access to the internet, please contact the school immediately for support. Regardless of our closure, it is the desire of ILCS that your child’s academic progress continues. We hope to accomplish this by making sure students are actively engaged through daily ZOOM meetings. Every day from 11am-12 your child’s teacher will be live through video conferencing in order to provide more direct instruction and answer your child’s questions. This link will be posted in your child’s Google Classroom each day. Please make sure your child is prepared for these sessions with an appropriate learning environment and their necessary learning materials (math book, writing journals, writing tool, etc.)

Below are the assignments for the week of April 7-10. Teachers will be monitoring the progress each day to ensure the success of student learning at home. All third grade teachers will be available for questions and support each day. Pacers, please be in contact with your pacing teacher for specific instruction.

All ELA assignments will be located in Google Classroom and Pearson. All required math work can be found on Pearson. You must log into these sites from the ILCS Links Page.
