Sept. 23rd-27th

Team Urban,

"Try your best!"
"Just do your best!"
"Did you do your best?"
Students say this so often and get asked from parents, teachers, and friends whether they did their best. But what does our BEST really look like and sound like? As a class, we came up with a list of what we could see and hear to we did our best. Here is what students came up with in class. We will use this as a reference point throughout the year to know if we are doing our best.

In Science this week, students are exploring trees and determining their age and size of trees.  They measured the circumference of a  tree outside and drew the tree from their perspective.
