Read Across America Day- Dress as your favorite Book Character.
CSC Book Swap for Read Across America Day on 3/1We will be having a book swap on 3/1 for Read Across America Day. Students will be encouraged to bring in 1-2 books that they have loved at one time and would like to swap out with another book. We would like the books to stay in the 2-8th grade levels. The students can drop off their books at the table outside of the library first thing in the morning and get a ticket for each book they bring in. Tickets can then be traded for books throughout the day and after school. Students can also come after school and during lunch to trade out their books.
Spelling Bee is March 14th at 5:00. This year, Stevie Coate is representing our class, and Guadalupe Landeros is our alternate.

Out of all the weekly homework, several students are still having trouble consistently turning in homework each week for Google Classroom and making sure their reading log is signed for nightly reading students are completing. Google Classroom is typically assigned by Saturday evening. The reading for the night can also include the article that students must read for the Google Classroom assignment.
